Blogs a plenty

Just thought I would mention a few good blogs which I have been involved in and might be worth checking out. The most recent one which has just gone up is for the new production of CABARET directed by Rufus Norris - check it out. This could be quite an interesting version of the musical.

Another one which has been up and running for a few weeks and is doing very well, is the one for WICKED - this is a very insightful blog and Martin Ball writes really well. The videos are very interesting - giving a really good sense of behind the scenes.

What about plays? I hear you ask - well there is another for BENT - which plays at the Trafalgar Studios and stars Alan Cumming - this could be quite an interesting one.

Other ones to watch out for are DIRTY DANCING and THE OLD VIC - with Kevin Spacey doing his own blog!

It's all been about Rabbits

For some reason over the last month, Rabbits have played quite a large part of my month. For the last few weeks, there has been quite a bit of 'Rabbit' activity at the National Theatre and this month another munching Rabbit takes a visit from the Old Red Lion to Trafalgar Studios this month.

A New play by first time playwright Nina Raine. This was a really enjoyable play - well developed characters and really sparky, realistic dialogue. If let down a little by the last 10 minutes or so. Very well suited for the intimate space.

Certainly worth a visit. The show is currently running until 7th October - catch it if you can.

GRIMMS Hits Trafalgar

Walking past Trafalgar Studios up to Whitehall and was surprised to see a familiar image - our witch! - already outside the venue and listed - which is great - yet scary - as it becomes all too real and thinking about Christmas at this time is pretty ... well ... scary.


We have sold quite a few tickets for both venues already, which is very encouraging and we are currently underway working on the casting notice later this month and auditioning mid October - which is always exciting.
